Last recommended postage dates for Christmas 2021 & store closing dates

Merry Christmas to our wonderful customers. We want to take a moment to thank you all for your endless support in 2021. 

As to enjoy time with family, and take some time out to prepare for our new launches for the new year, all orders placed after 21nd December will ship 29th December

UK Tracked 48
Our processing time is currently 1-2 working days, with the final dispatch to Royal Mail being advised no later than 18th December, so we advise ordering with us by 15th December to avoid disappointment 

 

International Tracked

Our processing time is currently 1-2 working days. Please keep in mind these are advised DISPATCH deadlines, so orders should be placed in time before the dispatch deadline to avoid disappointment. Please order 2 working days prior to the deadline date to ensure we dispatch your order before the deadline. Orders go out every day Mon-Friday.

Australia Greece, Italy (new update - read below), New Zealand and Portugal final shipping date is 6th December. Orders placed after this are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas

Africa, Central and South America, Asia, Far and Middle East final shipping date is 8th December. Orders placed after this are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas

Cyprus, Malta and Sweden final shipping date is 10th December. Orders placed after this are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas

Eastern Europe (except Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia), Turkey final shipping date is 11th December. Orders placed after this are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas

Canada, Czech Republic, Finland, Poland and USA  final shipping date is 13th December. Orders placed after this are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Luxembourg,
Netherlands, Norway, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland final shipping date is 16th December. Orders placed after this are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas

ITALY:  We have been advised by Poste Italiane that severe delays are being experienced in processing postal items due to serious IT problems in Italian customs. This is affecting all postal shipments from outside the EU. 
Although we are continuing to ship items to Italy at the moment, due to these technical issues being experienced once they arrive, they currently face delays of at least several weeks before being processed by customs and delivered by Poste Italiane. We are in constant dialogue with Poste Italiane, but they have so far been unable to give us a date when these issues will be resolved. We will provide further updates as soon as we have them.
