The C word we didn't want to bring up, but we want to let you know that Lois Cosmetics is an online only store, therefore we can remain fully operational as usual from home. As I always have, orders are sent following all health and hygiene precautions, and our Courier services (Royal Mail and Hermes) are delivering orders with No contact policies. Please be aware, there may be some delays with shipping times.
NEW INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES
For the past few months our Courier service Royal mail has been increasing the rates for international shipping. The previous price increases Royal Mail had released, we had not increased our price to be reflective of this. This has been to try and take into consideration the overall cost, to you the customer and was an additional cost that was being covered by the brand.
However, with yet another price increase, I am having to revise how much I can absorb in shipping costs as a company, and had to make the decision to adjust shipping rates to reflect closer to what it is costing to ship your orders to you.
I am always looking for ways I can make it easier for our International shoppers to access Lois Cosmetics, such as international distributors or more competitive couriers. In the mean time, I am truly grateful to have customers all over the world. I thank you for your patience and understanding. Absolutely not! Lois Cosmetics is a Cruelty free AND Vegan brand. No way does our makeup belong on any animals, it's made for human girls and boys!⠀
Where do you ship from?
Lois Cosmetics is based in London, UK⠀
How long until I will get my order?
UK - (Tracked and Insured for your protection) 3-5 working days
Royal Mail International (Europe) - Tracked and Insured for your protection 5-7 working days
Royal Mail International (Other) - Tracked and Insured for your protection 7-10 working days
please note these are estimations using the couriers recommended delivery times. During busier periods times may vary. If you have any concerns about your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.⠀
How do I track my order?
All of our orders are sent out via Royal Mail (International) and Hermes (UK) Your order will be tracked, and your tracking reference will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched.⠀
How long until my order is dispatched?
We aim to process orders in 1-2 business days. Your order will be dispatched once it has been processed.⠀
During busier times processing may take up to 5 working days, but you will be informed if we fall behind!⠀
Please send an email to me at email@example.com and I will look into this further for you. Please note that for hygiene reasons we cannot accept used product back from you! But if the product has arrived damaged or faulty please notify us with a photo of the damage with your order number within 7 days of receiving your order, for this to be investigated and resolved as quickly as possible.⠀
